This small house/ open concept studio is located across from a popular swimming hole on Rt 23 in Prattsville, NY. Our casita is cozy enough for two but spacious enough for four or five.
It’s a “choose your-own-adventure” kind of place and we promise four seasons of fun in the Catskill mountains, but check out this site to make the most of it!
